Recipe for mint and lemon balm tea:


1 teaspoon dried mint (or a few fresh mint sprigs)
1 teaspoon dried lemon balm (lemon balm leaves)
500 ml of water
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Lemon slices (optional)


Heat the water in the kettle to a boil.
Put mint and lemon balm in a teapot or in a teacup.
Pour hot water and let the tea brew for 5-7 minutes. The brewing time can be adjusted depending on the preferences for the strength of the tea.
Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar to taste.
If you want, add lemon slices for freshness.
